4. Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted from the customer's account but the transaction fails due to a technical issue, the amount will be refunded or adjusted after verification with the payment service provider.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–15 business days, depending on the payment method, banking procedures, and verification requirements.

6. Refund Method

Refunds, where applicable, will be made through the original payment method or directly to the customer's verified bank account.

7. Cancellation Before Processing

If a customer requests cancellation before any verification or processing has begun, the company may consider a refund after deducting any applicable administrative charges, subject to management approval.
